Hertz Gold Plus Rewards service is available during the location regular opening hours.
Flight arrivals - Monday to Friday please proceed to the car rental pickup area to be taken from the terminal to the Hertz Gold Plus Rewards service area. For Saturday and Sunday arrivals, proceed to the rental counter and use the courtesy phone for immediate pickup and then proceed to car rental pickup area.
Walkins - please take the Hertz Courtesy Bus to be taken from the airport terminal to the Gold Service Area.
As a Hertz Gold Plus Rewards customer, you always have your vehicle ready and waiting. Now you can choose to swap or upgrade to another vehicle with Gold Choice. This service is free of charge for Hertz Gold Plus Rewards customers and is handled directly at the rental location.
You may swap or upgrade to any of the vehicles in the Gold Choice area and proceed to the exit gate where the rental agreement will be adjusted accordingly and printed.
If you reserve a Midsize or above (C-F), you can switch to any comparable vehicle in the Gold Choice area at no extra cost.
Specialty vehicles will also be available for upgrades with clearly marked prices on each vehicle. Also if you booked an Economy or Compact, you can upgrade it, depending on availability, at an additional price per day.
Hertz Gold Plus Rewards Greeters will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
If the originally booked vehicle does not have NeverLost and you would like to swap into a vehicle with NeverLost, you will be charged for the additional amount.
Note: only the booked and named driver can swap or upgrade to another vehicle.
You do not need to add anything to the booking, if you wish to take advantage of Gold Choice, you can do so once you get to the car lot to pick up your vehicle.
