Rental Terms, Qualifications and Requirements

NeverLost is available at selected locations for an additional amount of € 18.18 (including tax) per day, € 90.90 (including tax) per week or € 181.80 (including tax) per month.

NeverLost is not available on the following vehicle groups:

Please note

• Out of hours and delivery/collection are not allowed with the equipment.

• Out of hours return is available - Leave NeverLost in the vehicle or drop box.

• One-way rentals within Austria are allowed without additional charges.

• International one-way rentals are allowed from Austria to Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia and Switzerland for an additional fee in the amount of € 121.20 (including tax). 

• NeverLost is not covered by CDW, TP, TI, PI, Super Cover or any other coverage in the event of loss, damage or accident. The amount of € 206.04 (including tax) will be charged if the complete unit is lost or stolen.

• Hertz Gold Plus Rewards members must purchase the Neverlost at the counter. A separate contract must be signed for the Neverlost equipment.

 Liabilities

You will be charged for the replacement of damaged or lost equipment as follows:

You are responsible for returning all equipment and obtaining a receipt from the rental location.

You must comply with traffic laws. The unit must be programmed while stationary or, if while moving, by a passenger.

Hertz strongly recommends that the portable unit be removed when the vehicle is left unattended.
