Rental Terms, Qualifications and Requirements

Main Terminal - American Airlines, Continental Airlines, Midwest Express, US Airways (except shuttles from DC, and Boston) - proceed to the courtesy phone area, located in baggage claim and call on the local service courtesy phone for instructions.                      

Delta/Northwest Terminal - proceed to the unmanned Hertz counter in the Baggage Claim area and call using the local phone for instructions. 

Delta Shuttle/Marine Air Terminal - proceed to the Baggage Claim area and use the Hertz courtesy phone to call for instructions.

                                                              
US Airways Shuttle Terminal - proceed to the unmanned Hertz counter in the Baggage Claim area and call on the local service phone for instructions.

Walkins - The Service Center is located on the corner of 82nd Street and Marine Road, by the Marine Air Terminal.  Look for signs that read, "Rental Car Pickup".
