Rental Terms, Qualifications and Requirements

If you opted for CDW, or if your rate includes CDW, you may also wish to purchase an additional protection, Super CDW (SCDW), to waive the already limited liability in case of damage to the Hertz vehicle, provided the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.

Super CDW (SCDW) is not available for customers on business contract rate rentals.

Super CDW (SCDW) can only be purchased at time of pick-up.
